The villa is located in the Jardins da Branqueira just 10 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira. The area is peaceful.  Far enough from the confusion of the "summer madness" to be able to relax; but close enough for you to be there in 5 min; if its the hustle and bustle you are after. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars as well.

The villa boasts its own private pool and garden. Leading off the living room is a spacious terrace with equipped with a BBQ table chairs and umbrella, perfect for al fresco dining.  With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms in which two are en suite. Two bedrooms with  double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each. One baby cot.

ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a flat screen LCD television.

BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

The bedrooms have double beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, electric shutters for windows which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony (every room has a balcony).

Short stays allowed (out of season) from 3 days.

Down payment / Deposit of 50% requested for reservation, the 50% remaining (final balance) is paid on check in.

Key pick up with owner.

Refundable Security deposit of 200€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damages will be returned to you on the last day of your holiday.
